3. How much does it cost?

We limit our fee to a percentage of the savings we produce, and only for the length of our agreement. When that agreement expires, you will enjoy 100% of your savings.

4. What happens if I don’t save any money?

Since we only bill our clients a percentage of savings, you will not get a bill if no savings are generated. We will often put in a “Minimum Performance Requirement Clause” into our agreements to ensure that we will only bother to send you a bill if it is worth your time to pay it. Minimum Performance Requirement clauses are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Do rates change over time?

The only thing constant is change, and it is never more true than in this industry. Pricing managers at banks and financial institutions are constantly finding new ways to raise rates and add fees. Processing statements these days are literally infested with fees, many of which can be influenced, negotiated, and even eliminated - we specialize in identifying such fees and acting on your behalf to lower and/or eliminate them.

6. How do I know you’re saving me money?
